- Messages pressure you to act outside the workflow.
- Asset or network details do not match your case.
Phishing examples
Treat any request for wallet secrets, platform account passwords, API keys, or unofficial deposit instructions as unsafe. Support replies should be verified inside your secure portal session.
Green label
Validated status only. Green is reserved for completed checks.
Amber label
Pending, review, checklist, or action-required states.
Red label
Blocking errors, rejected proofs, or security risk states.
